Re: Show us your mini........(s)
This is how mine looked in Jan 2008 after a very expensive visit to ML Motorsport and Plamer Bros.

Unfortunately while the body was now ace, the mechanicals sucked. So it currently it looks a bit more like this:

Looking to have it back on the road in about 2 months now to get to some summer shows. Will have a different engine, uprated braked and a different wiring loom. Bit's have been reconditions others haven't and might not be in the lust for a runner.

June 1960 owned for over 20 years.

September 60 Woody waiting for restoration.

Very funny!
I got it couple of months ago after deciding Id been out of the game too long! I got it for and absolute song on ebay, and it was very exciting (as I dont get out much) because I had it delivered and it came on a 2 storey truck with a Lambo Diablo replica above it!

Hi All
I've not found a thread where everyone can add a photo of their minis so i thought I'd add one.
I'll start it all off with a photo of my current mini...

And one i had years ago...

Hah! She encouraged me to buy the last one (1275GT), even helped source it and went with me to fetch it! She got two rabbits in return...
I did have seven at one point. In fact at its peak we had a total of 15 cars in the drive & gardens!

You know, I don't actually know what colour it is. The original colour is a kind of beige and I don't even know what that is, but the green could be anything. Brookland Green is the nearest I've seen so far. However now you mention it I've looked it up hereand there are two colours with a similar name. BMC "Green Mallard" looks too dark, but Triumph "Mallard Green" may be close.
Since I don't know, the car is going to get a complete paintjob in a colour that I can identify!
