ooo this sounds interesting, and a bargain too.

Let me put myself down as a provisional, subject to insuring the mini and welding new sills and fitting a subframe

Yeah does sound good. The usual SE suspects are up for it, so should have about 6 mini on the stand already.

Better go get ya spanners out young man!

Just spoke to the organisers again and the deal gets even better.

cost is £20 per mini and not per person!
If you're planning on coming in two cars, you still only pay £20!
Camping opens on Friday, meaning 3 days camping!

Club stand exhibitors need to fill out an entry form which I have. It's a bit long winded but I think the easiest way would be for those wanting a place on the stand to PM me the answers to the below and Paypal me the money. That way I can send it all off in one go.

I need to know the following and have payment by the 10th April!

Name,
Address,
Tel:

Model of mini,
Year,
Reg number,
Reg of your second Vehicel (if applicable)
Insurance company
Policy number.

( apparently that need insurance details as it a condition of their public liability insurance that all car exhibited are insured)

My paypal is gon2wunda@ hotmail.com

Apparently they have had a good response from mini, VW and other classic car clubs.

Really looking forward to this! :D

even glamping sunds a bit much for me lol, i dont do bugs, ants, and my biggest phobia is worms  i am pretty much scared of anything smaller than a cat

not to mention not having babysitters for overnight stays :(

we will pop down and see you all though, Hubby has confirmed he is off work that weekend, kids/babysitters permitting, we might be able to pop down each day

Gonna be meeting between 0830 - 0900 at the Halfway House pub in Challock (at the roundabout where the A251 and A252 cross) and convoy the rest of the way.

Anyone wanting to meet us are welcome.
